We led the full technical build of YeahApp, a software platform for NGOs and community organisations that combines events, member management, payments and analytics in one dashboard. We defined the architecture, chose the stack, and took the product from its first version to production.

YeahApp is a software platform for NGOs and community organisations. It brings event management, member management, payment collection and analytics into a single dashboard, so community leaders spend less time on admin.
The challenge
The founders had a clear product vision but no technical team, no codebase and no system design. They needed someone to own the whole technical journey, from architecture to production.
