Who they are
The International Centre of Justice for Palestinians is an independent organisation of lawyers, academics and politicians working across the UK, EU, USA, Canada and the Middle East. When a major development breaks, journalists, supporters and policymakers land on their website within minutes, and what they find shapes whether ICJP is treated as a credible legal voice or overlooked.
The challenge
ICJP’s work lives and dies by news cycles it cannot schedule. Before we worked together, there was no dependable infrastructure underneath the organisation: no professional email system, no hosting environment built for sudden attention, and no website that could publish a legal briefing quickly and hold up when tens of thousands of people arrived at once.
For most organisations, a slow website is an inconvenience. For a legal advocacy organisation, it is a credibility problem at the exact moment credibility matters most. A journalist who cannot load the briefing quotes someone else.
